Child’s Pose: How to Perform the Neck and Back Stretch
The Child’s Pose is a stretching exercise that promotes relaxation and flexibility ️. To perform the movement correctly, start on your knees with your legs folded, feet flat on the ground, and knees apart. Then, lower your torso toward the floor, extending your arms forward and letting your head rest on the ground. Hold the position for a few deep breaths, feeling the relaxation along your back and neck. Perfect for recovery and relieving muscle tension.

Activity: Mobility, Stretching.
Instructions:
Begin on your knees, stretching your arms forward and lowering your torso toward the floor. Knees can be kept together or spread apart for a deeper variation. Relax your body and breathe deeply, holding the pose for several seconds. This exercise is ideal for stretching the back and relaxing the entire body.
