Customer stories
Promises are the easy part. These pages are about what comes after: what happens once Uptivo is part of the daily routine, how a club runs heart rate training, what changes for the coaches and for the members, and which trade-offs turn out to matter.
Size changes the problem. In a studio with one trainer, the method lives in that person's head. In a gym that works alongside doctors, it has to be agreed with people who are not trainers. In a centre with thousands of members and a pool, it has to survive being handed to someone else. In a chain, it has to travel between sites without losing anything on the way.
We write each story with the club itself. Where something has been measured, we say who measured it; where someone is describing their own experience, you get it in their words.
What you are reading is their account, not our summary of it.
About the numbers
Some of these stories include figures; others do not. When a club measured something, the numbers are theirs, and we name who measured them.
When no one measured, we leave the gap rather than fill it with something that merely sounds good. The numbers that matter to your club are your own: that’s what a trial is for.
