9090 Get Up: Hip and Core Training
Muscles Worked: Glutes, adductors, psoas, sartorius.

Activity: Mobility, Stretching.
This hip mobility exercise starts in a seated position with both legs bent at 90 degrees. The front leg rotates internally, while the back leg rotates externally. From this position, lift the pelvis and bring your body to a standing position with a hip extension movement. This is an advanced variation of the “90/90 Hip Switch” exercise. It helps improve hip mobility and strengthens stabilizing muscles.
