Back Rack Walking Lunge: How to Perform for Strength and Mobility

The Back Rack Walking Lunge is an exercise that develops strength , stability, and joint mobility. To perform the movement correctly, position the barbell on the upper part of your back, keeping your chest up and core engaged. Step forward with one leg and lower into a lunge, bringing your back knee close to the floor. Then, push up and bring your back leg forward to repeat the movement with the other leg. This exercise helps improve leg strength, core stability, and coordination.

Muscles Worked: Abs, glutes, quadriceps.
Equipment: Barbell.
Activity: Functional, Strengthening.

Instructions:
With a barbell positioned behind your neck, step forward with one leg, lowering your body until both knees are bent at 90 degrees. Push up with your front foot and step forward with the other leg, repeating the motion. This exercise strengthens the quadriceps, glutes, and abs, while also enhancing stability and balance.
