Cervical Circles: How to Perform Neck Stretching

Cervical Circles are an effective exercise to improve neck mobility and relieve muscle tension. To perform the movement correctly, start standing with your back straight. Slowly and carefully, make circular movements with your neck, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, keeping your body relaxed and breathing deeply. This exercise is ideal for enhancing neck flexibility and reducing stiffness.

Equipment: Mat, Plyo Box/Bench.
Activity: Mobility, Stretching.

Instructions:
Begin seated or standing with your back straight. Slowly rotate your head in a circular motion, keeping your neck relaxed. Complete the circles in both directions. This exercise helps improve neck mobility and reduces cervical tension.
