Hip Thrust into a Calf Raise with Gymball: How to Perform It Correctly
Place your upper back on the Swiss ball, with your feet firmly on the ground. Lift your hips into a hip thrust, forming a straight line with your shoulders, hips, and knees. Once at the top, hold the position and raise your heels into a calf raise. Lower your heels back down and slowly lower your hips.
