The Dumbbell Racked Front Squat Single Arm is an exercise that develops leg strength , core stability, and shoulder power. To perform it correctly, position a dumbbell in the racked position on one arm, with the elbow bent at 90 degrees and the dumbbell close to your shoulder. Use the other hand to hold a dumbbell for support or keep the arm extended. Lower your hips into a squat while keeping your torso upright and your core engaged, then push your hips back up to the starting position.
