Android versions 5/6/7

  • Settings > Battery > Check the app-specific restrictions and make sure to disable power saving settings for the Uptivo App.
  • Settings > Apps > Battery optimization and tap “All Apps” to find the Uptivo app and disable power saving settings.

Android versions 8/9

  • Settings > Battery > Check the app-specific restrictions and make sure to disable power saving settings for the Uptivo App. It would be better to disable the Adaptive battery feature on Android 9.
  • Settings > Battery > Tap the three-dots icon> Battery optimization > tap “All Apps” to find the Uptivo app and disable power saving settings.
  • Settings > Apps & notifications > All apps / App info > Uptivo App > Battery > Disable power saving settings.

EMUI 6+ ( e alcuni EMUI 5)

  • Phone settings > Advanced Settings > Battery manager > Power plan is set to Performance
  • Phone Settings > Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected apps – check for your app as Protected
  • Phone Settings > Apps > Your app > Battery > Power-intensive prompt [x] and Keep running after screen off [x]
  • Phone settings > Apps > Advanced (At the bottom) > Ignore optimisations > Press Allowed > All apps > Find your app on the list and set to “Allow”

Huawei P9 Plus

  • Phone settings > Apps > Settings > Special access > Ignore battery optimisation > select allow for your app.

Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Lite, Huawei P20 Pro, Huawei Mate 10

  • Phone settings > Battery > App launch and then set your app to “Manage manually” and make sure everything is turned on. Also for reliable background processes you may need to uninstall the task killer app “PowerGenie”.

Huawei Honor 9 Lite, Huawei Mate 9 Pro

  • Phone settings > Battery > Launch and then set your app to “Manage manually” and make sure everything is turned on.

Samsung Galaxy S9/S10

  • Device care from phone settings > Battery > (Tap the 3-dot menu) Settings > Disable all toggles (except Notifications) > Sleeping apps > Wake up all the apps using the trashcan icon.

WARNING: Make sure that Put unused apps to sleep and Auto-disable unused apps is disabled. Otherwise Samsung will put your apps back to sleep after a few days (3 by default) even if you have woken them up manually.

Other Samsung phones

  • Phone settings > Applications > select three dot menu (top right corner) > Special Access > Optimize Battery usage > Find your app on the list and make sure that it is not selected.
