Uptivo Lightband – Guide

HEART RATE ZONES SYNCHRONIZATION

The Uptivo Lightband automatically synchronizes each user’s heart rate zones every time it connects to the Uptivo app.

RECORDING A WORKOUT TO THE INTERNAL MEMORY

When the workout is monitored and recorded with the Uptivo app, the Uptivo Trainer app, or an Uptivo receiver at a fitness club, it is NOT necessary to activate the Lightband’s internal memory. However, if the workout cannot be recorded with one of the above solutions, it is possible to record it locally to the Lightband memory by pressing Button B for 1 second. The Lightband will briefly vibrate.

At the end of the workout, press Button B for 1 second to stop the recording. The Lightband will vibrate briefly and will display a purple light.

NOTE: Workouts recorded on the Lightband’s internal memory must be at least 5 minutes long to be considered valid.

IMPORTING A WORKOUT
Workouts recorded on the Lightband’s internal memory can be imported to the cloud from the Sensor page in the Uptivo app. To import workouts:

1) go to the HR Sensor page in the Uptivo app
2) turn on the Lightband
3) tap Import Trainings

NOTE: Workouts saved on the internal memory that are less than 5 minutes apart will be considered a single workout. Workouts older than 10 days are automatically deleted from the internal memory.
