OUR STORY
Uptivo was founded in Milan in 2016 around a simple idea: fitness technology should not just collect data. It should help members see progress, help coaches make better decisions, and help operators act before engagement starts to fade.
What began with heart-rate monitoring has grown into a flexible platform for training, AI coaching, access, club operations, and data. The principle has stayed the same. Powerful technology should be easy to use, open to the systems around it, and built around the way fitness businesses actually work.

Uptivo combines entrepreneurial vision with deep technical expertise. Fabrizio Colciago leads the company and product direction, while Marco Braga leads the technology behind the platform.

FOUNDER & CEO
Fabrizio founded Uptivo in 2016 after decades working with machine learning, video analytics, and real-time systems. After building and exiting two technology companies, he brought that experience into fitness with a clear goal: use technology to make training more engaging, coaching more effective, and fitness businesses easier to run.
As Founder and CEO, he leads Uptivo’s vision, product strategy, and international growth.
MARCO BRAGA
FOUNDER & CTO
Marco has spent more than 30 years building software, from the early days of home computing to today’s cloud era. His experience spans cloud architecture on Azure and AWS, C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, C, Linux, embedded systems, and IoT.
As CTO, he leads Uptivo’s technology strategy, bringing cloud services, real-time data, connected devices, and software together into one reliable platform.
