At Sharphin, studio management, training monitoring and body composition all run through Uptivo, linking the staff's work to each member's progress. Around 95% of bookings are made through the app, and the monthly challenges grew from 23 to 43 participants between July and September.

Officina25 provides the Lightbands and its trainers put the data to work in class. That is how the club adds to what it offers its members.

At MegaBox, coaches use Uptivo data to help members understand and manage their effort. This process extends from explanations during sessions to reviewing reports and offering advice on workouts outside the gym.

Uptivo connects what FitOver50 members do on their own with Luigi Colbax's work as their coach. The Lightband and the app give them something to go by during the session and turn every workout into data he can go back over.
