THE WORKOUT AND THE EFFORT, ON THE SAME SCREEN.
THE COACH SHOULD BE COACHING, NOT HOLDING A STOPWATCH.
In a circuit class the coach spends most of the hour explaining the next exercise, calling the time and answering the same question from every station. The class is only as good as the coach on shift, and a new member spends the first session looking around to see what everyone else is doing.
Put the class on the screens, and the coach gets the room back.
EVERY STATION SHOWS WHAT TO DO, FOR HOW LONG, AND WHAT COMES NEXT.
EMOM · AMRAP · AFAP · Intervals · Sets and reps · Strength · Cardio · Functional · Hybrid
ONE WORKOUT ACROSS THE WHOLE ROOM, ON ONE CLOCK.
When the room is shared, it can be split. Two groups can run two different workouts side by side, a strength block in one corner and a conditioning circuit in the other, each with its own timer and its own screens.
1,300+ EXERCISES READY TO USE, AND ROOM FOR EVERY ONE OF YOURS.
MOST WORKOUT SCREENS STOP AT THE EXERCISE. OURS SHOW THE EFFORT TOO.
In Uptivo it is the same system. Each station shows the exercise, and when you connect a second monitor to the same Bridge it shows the live heart rate of the people working there. Effort becomes Uptivo Performance Points, gamified classes show the ranking as it changes, and every participant leaves with a report of the session.
Heart rate comes from Uptivo sensors, Garmin, Apple Watch, Whoop, Polar, Myzone or any standard Bluetooth chest or arm strap, so nobody has to buy a new device to join the class.
One Bridge, one station, the workout and the effort together.
SCHEDULING
SCHEDULE THE DAY ONCE, AND THE SCREENS FOLLOW IT.
Put the classes on the schedule and they launch on time by themselves. When one session ends the next one is already on screen, so there is no setup between slots, and a club can run coached classes at peak hours and the same workouts unsupervised in the quiet ones.
EVERY CLASS AS GOOD AS YOUR BEST ONE.
Screens on the wall are not the point. What changes is how the club runs: the quality of a class stops depending on who is teaching it, coaches spend the hour with the members, and the room sells more hours of training without hiring more people to run them.
| How most clubs run today | With Uptivo Workouts |
|---|---|
| A whiteboard and a coach repeating the exercise every round | The exercise video on every station, in a loop |
| A timer app on one TV, or the coach’s voice | One synchronized timer across all stations |
| The class changes with the coach on shift | The same structure in every slot, built once |
| Pre-recorded virtual classes that follow someone else’s format | Your own workouts, with your exercises and your videos |
| A separate heart-rate system with its own screens | The workout and the live effort from the same Bridge |
| Members leave with a memory of the class | Members leave with points, a ranking and a report |
