SNAP goes live in a single room, alongside your current system. Your members connect their own devices, your coaches see the live heart rate display in action, and nothing about the rest of the club changes.
03 · SWITCH ROOM BY ROOM
When a room is ready, it moves. Before it does, our dedicated migration team imports your member database from the old system, free of charge, so profiles, strap assignments and levels are already in place when the room goes live. Straps map to receivers where you run Hybrid, screens open SNAP where you run software-only, and the schedule never notices.

SWITCHING TO UPTIVO: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I run Uptivo and my current system at the same time?
Yes, and that is the normal way to migrate. SNAP needs nothing installed and nothing removed, so it runs in one studio while the rest of the club stays on the old system. Most clubs keep both running until every room has moved, then switch the legacy system off last.
What happens to our member database and levels?
They come with you, and you do not do the work. You export the member database from your current system, including strap assignments if you run a radio setup, and our dedicated migration team converts and imports everything into Uptivo for free. Members show up with their profile, their strap and their level already in place.
Will my existing chest straps work with Uptivo?
If they transmit on standard ANT+ or Bluetooth, almost certainly yes: Uptivo receivers read standard protocols, so your straps connect to the Hybrid setup as they are. Brand-locked straps that only talk to their own system are the exception, and we confirm exactly what carries over during the migration assessment.
Do my members have to change anything?
No. They download the Uptivo app, connect the watch or strap they already own, and appear on the screen the same way they did before. Garmin, Apple Watch, Polar, Whoop and standard Bluetooth straps are all supported out of the box.
How long does a full migration take?
The first room can be live the same day, because SNAP runs in a browser with nothing to install. The full switch depends on how many rooms you run and when your current contract ends, and since both systems run side by side in the meantime, there is no pressure to rush it.
What about multi-screen rooms with live gamification?
That is what the Hybrid setup is for. Dedicated Uptivo receivers keep every strap connected reliably across a large floor with multiple synchronized screens, so the full gamified experience your members are used to continues without interruption.
